Welldone သည် အသက် ၁၆ နှစ်အထက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား မှတ်ပုံတင် / ဧည့် မှတ်ပုံတင် သို့မဟုတ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား Passport ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူများသာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုထားသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် အထက်ပါ အချက်အလက်နှင့် မပြည့်စုံပါက သင်သည် Welldone တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ အထက်ပါ အချက်အလက် မပြည့်စုံပဲ အသုံးပြုခဲ့သည် ရှိသော် Welldone မှ သင့် Account အားပိတ်သိမ်း ပစ်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။

Buyer မှာ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ ပေးချေပြီး အလုပ်အပ်နှံသော Service များအား Project ဟုခေါ်သည်။
Buyer
Welldone ပေါ်မှ Service များအား ဝန်ဆောင်ခပေး၍ အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူတိုင်းသည် Buyer ဖြစ်သည်။
Freelancer
Welldone တွင် Freelancer အဖြစ်လုပ်ကိုင်ရန် လျှောက်ထားပြီး လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့် ရရှိသူတိုင်းအား Freelancer အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်သည်။
Welldone Credit
Welldone website ပေါ်တွင် အလုပ်အပ်နှံ နိုင်ရန်အတွက် ပေးချေ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော အခကြေးငွေ ပမာဏ ဖြစ်သည်။
Redeem
Welldone Credit ဖြည့်သွင်းရန်အတွက် အသုံးပြု Coupon သို့မဟုတ် Payment Service Provider(s) အသုံးပြုခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
Coupon
Welldone Credit ဖြည့်သွင်းရန်အတွက် Welldone မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နံပါတ်များ ဖြစ်သည်။
Revenue
Project များပြီးမြောက်သောအခါ ရရှိသော ဝန်ဆောင်ခကို Revenue အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်သည်။
Earning
Revenue များမှ Welldone ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ ပေးချေပြီး ပြန်လည် ထုတ်ယူ အသုံး ပြုနိုင်သော ငွေပမာဏ ဖြစ်သည်။

Welldone သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ ရှိတဲ့ Freelancer များနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းရှင်တွေကြားမှာ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးပြီး အလုပ်တွေကို ပြီးမြောက်စေမယ့် Website ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Welldone ပေါ်ရှိ Service များသည် Welldone မှ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိပါ။
Welldone သည် 24/7 တည်ရှိနေမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ သို့သော် အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါက ကြိုတင် အကြောင်းကြား၍သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ အရေးပေါ် ပြင်ဆင်မှုများအတွက် ကြိုတင် အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း မရှိ၍သော်လည်းကောင်း ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ပြင်ဆင်နေချိန်တွင် Welldone အားအသုံးပြု၍ ရမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
Welldone credit ဖြည့်သွင်းရန်အတွက် redeem ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် Coupon code များဝယ်ယူရာတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Payment Service Provider(s) များတွင်လည်း Term and Condition များရှိသည်။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Term and Condition များလည်း ဖတ်ရှုရန် အကြံပြုချင်ပါသည်။

- Welldone တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသူများသာ Freelancer အဖြစ်လုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်း၊ Freelancer များအား အလုပ်အပ်နှံခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။ Welldone တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်နိုင်ရန်မှာ အခမဲ့ ဖြစ်သည်။
- Welldone တွင် အချင်းချင်း လေးစားစွာ ဆက်ဆံရမည်။
- Freelancer များသည် Services များ၏ ဈေးနှုန်းများအား အချိန်မရွေး ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် ရှိသည်။ သို့သော် အပ်နှံပြီးသား Project များ၏ ဈေးနှုန်းများ ပြောင်းလဲမှု မရှိပါ။
- Service များသည် မြန်မာငွေ ကျပ် ၃,၀၀0 မှ စတင်သတ်မှတ်နိုင်သည်။ အမြင့်ဆုံး Service ကြေးသတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။
- အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူသည် အပ်နှံသော Project ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်ခအား အလုပ်အပ်နှံသည်နှင့် Welldone သို့ပေးချေရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူသည် အပ်နှံသော Project အား သာမန် အငြင်းပွားဖွယ်ရာ ကိစ္စများဖြင့် Cancel ပြုလုပ်ခွင့်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
- Freelancer များမှ အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူများအား ပြင်ပမှ ငွေလွှဲခိုင်းခြင်း၊ လက်ခံခြင်း လုံးဝ မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။ လက်ခံခြင်း၊ ပေးချေခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ပြဿနာများအား Welldone မှ လုံးဝ တာဝန်ယူမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
- Welldone ပေါ်မှာ ပြီးမြောက်သွားသော Project များအား လိုအပ်ပါက Welldone Marketing ပြုလုပ်ရန်အတွက် အသုံးပြုခွင့် ပြုရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- Account ပိတ်သိမ်းခံရပါက Welldone credit များအား စီစစ်၍ ပြန်လည် ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း ပြုလုပ်မည် သို့မဟုတ် အကြောင်းပြချက်ဖြင့် ပြန်လည် ထုတ်ပေးရန် ငြင်းဆန် နိုင်သည်။
- Welldone account အားပြန်လည် ရောင်းချခွင့် မပြုပါ။
Welldone's Freelancer
- Welldone တွင် Freelancer အဖြစ်လုပ်ကိုင်ရန် လျှောက်ထားပြီး လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့် ရရှိသူတိုင်းအား Freelancer အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်သည်။
- Freelancer များအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့ တည်ဆောင်ထားသော Service များအား အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူများမှ အပ်နှံပါက Project များ ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးရမည်။
- အကြောင်း တစ်စုံတစ်ရာကြောင့် Project Cancel ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါက Project များတွက် ဝန်ဆောင်ခသည် အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူထံသို့ ပြန်လည် ရောက်ရှိသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- Redeem ပြုလုပ်ထားသော Welldone credit များအား Withdraw ပြုလုပ်ခွင့်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ အခြားသော Service များအပ်နှံခြင်းနှင့် Welldone မှာ Service များအား ဝယ်ယူရန် အတွက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည်။
- Project များ ပြီးမြောက်ပြီးနောက် ရရှိထားသော Credit များအား ၃၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ်မှ စတင်၍ Withdraw ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။ Office day ၁၅ ရက်အတွင်း Withdraw ပြုလုပ်ထားသော ပမာဏအား လက်ခံရရှိမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- Freelancer account အား မသင်္ကာစရာ အချက်များ၊ အငြင်းပွားဖွယ်ရာ အချက်များတွေ့ရှိပါက ယာယီ သို့မဟုတ် အပြီး ပိတ်သိမ်းခွင့် ရှိသည်။
- Project အတွင်း External resources များအသုံးပြုထားပါက Freelancer မှ အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူအား သတိပေးရန် လိုအပ်သည်။ ဥပမာ - Stock photo, font and more.
- Freelancer များသည် Welldone မှ ခန့်အပ်ထားသော ဝန်ထမ်းများ မဟုတ်ပါ။
- Freelancer များသည် Services များ၏ ဈေးနှုန်းများအား အချိန်မရွေး ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် ရှိသည်။
- Freelancer မှ အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူအား ရိုင်းပြစွာ ဆဲရေးတိုင်းထွာ ပြောဆိုခွင့် မရှိ၊ တွေ့ရှိပါက Freelancer account အား ယာယီ သို့မဟုတ် အပြီး ပိတ်သိမ်းခွင့် ရှိသည်။
- Freelancer အနေဖြင့် Service များအား ၃,၀၀0 ကျပ်မှ စတင်၍ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- Freelancer အဖြစ်လျှောက်ထားပြီးလျှင် client များမှ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် freelancer ၏ email နှင့် phone number များကို client များအား Freelancer Poll မှ တစ်ဆင့် အသိပေးခွင့်ရှိသည်။
- Client များမှ သိရှိလို၍ Freelancer ၏ email နှင့် phone number များအား တစ်ကြိမ်ရယူလျှင် Freelancer မှ ခံစားခွင့် အဖြစ် 300 Ks လက်ခံရရှိမည်။
- Freelancer Poll မှ ရယူထားသော Freelancer ၏ email နှင့် phone number များမှ ဆက်သွယ်၍ လုပ်ကိုင်သော project များသည် ပြင်ပတွင် သီးခြား လုပ်ကိုင်သော project များ ဖြစ်၍ Welldone Platform နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိပါ။

- တိုက်ရိုက်ဆက်သွယ်ရန် အချက်အလက်များ ထဲ့သွင်းထားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ

Welldone တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်၍ Service များပေးသော Freelancer ဖြစ်သည်။ Welldone မှ လုပ်ကိုင်၍ ရရှိသော ဝင်ငွေများမှ ၃၀% အား Welldone သို့ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ အဖြစ်ပေးချေရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
Welldone Exclusive Freelancer
မြန်မာပြည်တွင်းရှိ အခြား Freelance website များတွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားခြင်း မရှိသော Freelancer များကို ရည်ညွှန်းခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Welldone မှ လုပ်ကိုင်၍ ရရှိသော ဝင်ငွေများမှ ၂၀% အား Welldone သို့ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ အဖြစ်ပေးချေရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ Services အရေအတွက်မှာ အကန့် အသတ်မရှိ တည်ဆောက်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။ Project အရေအတွက် အကန့်အသတ် မရှိ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သည်။
Welldone Premium Freelancer
Welldone မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Online exam အောင်မြင်ထားပြီး လစဉ်ကြေး ပေးသွင်းထားသော Freelancer များကို ရည်ညွှန်းခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Welldone မှ လုပ်ကိုင်၍ ရရှိသော ဝင်ငွေများမှ ၁၀% အား Welldone သို့ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ အဖြစ် ပေးချေရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ Services အရေအတွက်မှာ အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ တည်ဆောက်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။ Project အရေအတွက် အကန့်အသတ် မရှိ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သည်။
Payment Withdraw
- Project များ ပြီးမြောက်ပြီးနောက် ရရှိထားသော Credit များအား ၃၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ်မှ စတင်၍ Withdraw ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။ Office day ၁၅ ရက်အတွင်း Withdraw ပြုလုပ်ထားသော ပမာဏအား လက်ခံရရှိမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- Freelancer ဖြည့်သွင်းထားသော Bank account သို့သာ Withdraw လုပ်ခွင့် ပြုမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက် ထုတ်ယူမည်ဟု ရွေးချယ်ထားသော Withdraw ပမာဏများအား ရက်ပေါင်း ၁၈၀ အတွင်း လာရောက် ထုတ်ယူခြင်း မရှိပါက Welldone မှ သင့်တော်ရာ ပရဟိတ လုပ်ငန်းများသို့ လှုဒါန်းခွင့်ရှိသည်။
- Freelancer များမှ Welldone support team သို့ အခမဲ့ ဆက်သွယ် အကူအညီ တောင်းနိုင်သည်။
Welldone's Buyer
- Welldone ပေါ်မှ Service များအား ဝန်ဆောင်ခပေး၍ အလုပ်အပ်နှံသူတိုင်းသည် Buyer ဖြစ်သည်။ Welldone တွင် Register ပြုလုပ်ထားသူတိုင်းသည် Buyer ဖြစ်သည်။
- Buyer အနေဖြင့် Welldone ပေါ်ရှိ Service များနှင့် Freelancer များ ပြင်ပမှ Ngwe ပေးချေခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ရ၊ ပြင်ပမှ ငွေပေးချေခြင်း ပြုလုပ်၍ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ကိစ္စအဝဝကို Welldone မှ တာဝန်ယူ ဖြေရှင်းမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
- Welldone ပေါ်မှ ပြီးမြောက်သွားသော Project များအား လိုအပ်ပါက Welldone Marketing ပြုလုပ်ရန်အတွက် အသုံးပြုခွင့် ပြုရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
- Welldone ပေါ်မှ ပြီးမြောက်သွားသော Project များ၏ ဖန်တီးမှုများအား Welldone မှ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိပါ။
- Welldone ပေါ်ရှိ Service များအား အသုံးပြုရန် Redeem / ဖြည့်သွင်းထားသော Credit များအား ပြန်လည် ထုတ်ယူခွင့်မရှိပါ။
- Welldone မှာ Marketing / Promotion အဖြစ် ဖြည့်သွင်းပေးထားသော Coupon မှ Credit များအား ထုတ်ယူခွင့် မရှိပါ။
- အငြင်းပွားဖွယ်ရာ တစ်စုံတစ်ခုကြောင့် Project အား Cancel ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Welldone Support team မှ Manual review ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အရ Cancel request အား ငြင်းဆိုခဲ့ပါက Project အား ပြီးမြောက်သည် အထိ လက်ခံပေးရမည်။
- Project အတွင်း External resources များအသုံးပြုထားပါက Freelancer အား အသုံးပြုခွင့်ရှိ၊ မရှိ မေးရန်လိုအပ်သည်။ ဥပမာ - stock photo, font and more.
- Buyer ကိုယ်တိုင် ရွေးချယ် အပ်နှံထားသော Service များ၏ ဈေးနှုန်း အရည်အသွေးသည် Buyer ၏ ရွေးခြယ်မှု ပေါ်တွင်သာ မူတည်ပါသည်။
- Service အလိုက် Freelancer မှ လိုအပ်သည်ဟု တောင်းဆိုထားသော အချက်အလက်များအား သေချာစွာ စီစစ်၍ ဖြေကြားပေးရန် လိုအပ်သည်။
- Freelancer များသည် Welldone မှ ခန့်အပ်ထားသော ဝန်ထမ်းများ မဟုတ်ပါ။
- Buyer များ မှ Freelancer များအား ရိုင်းပြစွာ ဆဲရေးတိုင်းထွာ ပြောဆိုခွင့် မရှိ၊ တွေ့ရှိပါက Buyer account အား ယာယီ သို့မဟုတ် အပြီး ပိတ်သိမ်းခွင့် ရှိသည်။
- Freelancer Poll မှ ရယူထားသော Freelancer ၏ email နှင့် phone number များမှ ဆက်သွယ်၍ လုပ်ကိိုင်သော project များသည် ပြင်ပတွင် သီးခြား လုပ်ကိုင်သော project များ ဖြစ်၍ Welldone Platform နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိပါ။

- Welldone's Superstar များသည် welldone team မှ ပူးပေါင်း၍ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ထားသော ပြည်သူ့ အချစ်တော် အနုပညာရှင်များ၊ ဂိမ်မာများနှင့် အခြား နာမည်ကြီးများကို ခေါ်ဆိုခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
- Welldone's Superstar များအား အပ်နှံသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို Superstar များမှတိုက်ရိုက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- Superstar များ၏ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ ထိခိုက်စေသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ အပ်နှံခြင်းကို အထူးတားမြစ်ထားသည်။
- Superstar များမှ လက်မခံလို၍ Ngnye ဆိုလိုသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို Superstar များ၏ သဘောထားဖြင့် ငြင်းဆိုနိုင်သည်။

Service
Paid services offered by Freelancers on Welldone are referred to as "Service".
Project
Services commissioned by Buyers after successfully making a payment are referred to as "Project".
Buyer
Anyone who pays for services and hires freelancers on Welldone is defined as a Buyer.
Freelancer
Anyone who applies to work as a Freelancer on Welldone and is granted permission is defined as a Freelancer.
Welldone Credit
The monetary value balance used to pay for and commission jobs on the Welldone website.
Redeem
Utilizing coupons or Payment Service Provider(s) to top up Welldone Credits.
Coupon
Specific numbers designated by Welldone to top up Welldone Credits.
Revenue

Welldone
Welldone is a digital marketplace connecting freelancers and business owners within Myanmar to accomplish tasks. Welldone does not own any of the services listed on the platform.
Welldone aims to operate 24/7. However, scheduled updates or maintenance will be conducted with prior notice. Emergency repairs may be executed without prior notification. During these technical maintenance hours, Welldone services will be unavailable.
Payment Service Provider(s) maintain their own independent Terms and Conditions when performing a redeem or purchasing coupon codes to top up Welldone Credit. We highly recommend reading their respective terms as well.
Basic Rules
- Only registered users on Welldone can work as Freelancers or hire Freelancers. Registration on Welldone is free.
- Users must interact and communicate respectfully with each other on Welldone.
- Freelancers reserve the right to change the pricing of their Services at any time. However, the price of already commissioned Projects will remain fixed.
- Services can be priced starting from a minimum of 3,000 Myanmar Kyats (MMK). There is no maximum limit cap.
- The employer (Buyer) must pay the full service fee of the commissioned Project to Welldone immediately upon ordering.
- Buyers will not be permitted to cancel an active project over minor or ordinary dispute issues.
- Freelancers must absolutely never request or accept external payments/transfers from clients outside the platform. Welldone takes no responsibility for any issues arising from external transactions.
- Completed projects on Welldone must be permitted for use in Welldone marketing and promotional campaigns if required.
- If an account is terminated, Welldone credits will be reviewed and either refunded or rejected based on valid structural reasons.
- Reselling or transferring ownership of a Welldone account is strictly prohibited.
Welldone's Freelancer
- Anyone who applies to work as a Freelancer on Welldone and is granted permission is defined as a Freelancer.
- Freelancers must fully deliver and complete projects successfully when buyers purchase their listed Services.
- If a Project is cancelled for any valid reason, the service fee will be refunded back to the buyer's balance.
- Redeemed Welldone credits are not eligible for withdrawal. They can only be used to hire other services or purchase services on Welldone.
- Credits earned after project completion can be withdrawn starting from a minimum of 30,000 MMK. The withdrawn amount will be processed within 15 official working days.
- Welldone reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a freelancer account if suspicious actions or disputable elements are discovered.
- If external resources (e.g., stock photos, premium fonts, etc.) are used during a project, the Freelancer must clearly notify the buyer.
- Freelancers are independent contractors and are not employees appointed by Welldone.
- Freelancers reserve the right to modify the pricing of their services at any given time.
- Freelancers are strictly prohibited from using rude language or insulting buyers. Violation will result in temporary or permanent account termination.
- Freelancers can create custom services starting from a base rate of 3,000 MMK.
- Once registered as a freelancer, Welldone has the right to securely display the freelancer's contact email and phone number via the Freelancer Poll to potential clients.
- Freelancers will receive 300 MMK as a compensation perk every time a unique client requests and views their contact details.
- Projects conducted by contacting via the email and phone number obtained from the Freelancer Poll are considered independent external projects and are not associated with or protected by the Welldone Platform.
Welldone reserves the right to remove the following services:
- Duplicate or highly similar services created under different names by the same freelancer.
- Illegal services prohibited by state regulations and local laws.
- Pornographic, explicit, or adult-only services.
- Services infringing upon intellectual property or copyright laws.
- Services containing direct off-platform contact details inside titles or descriptions.
- Nonsensical or realistically impossible services.
- Services intended solely to outsource the entire task back to someone else.
- Services receiving consistently high rates of dissatisfaction from multiple buyers.
Freelancers must pay a percentage of their earnings as Welldone platform fees based on their account levels.
Welldone Classic Freelancer
Standard registered freelancer offering services on Welldone. A service fee of 30% from the earnings made on Welldone must be paid to the platform.
Welldone Exclusive Freelancer
Refers to freelancers who are exclusively registered here and not listed on any other freelance websites within Myanmar. A service fee of 20% from the earnings made on Welldone must be paid to the platform. There is no limit on the number of services created or projects undertaken.
Welldone Premium Freelancer
Refers to freelancers who have successfully passed the online examination designated by Welldone and maintain a monthly subscription fee. A reduced service fee of 10% from the earnings made on Welldone will be applied. Unlimited service creation and project execution are permitted.
Payment Withdraw
- Credits earned after project completion can be withdrawn starting from 30,000 MMK. The withdrawn amount will be received within 15 official working days.
- Withdrawals will only be permitted to the verified Bank Account provided by the Freelancer.
- If withdrawal amounts designated for manual/in-person pickup are not claimed within 180 days, Welldone reserves the right to donate them to appropriate charitable organizations.
- Freelancers can contact the Welldone support team for technical assistance at no extra cost.
Welldone's Buyer
- Anyone who pays for services and hires freelancers on Welldone is a Buyer. Anyone registered on Welldone is a Buyer.
- Buyers must not make direct off-platform payments to Freelancers. Welldone will not take responsibility for or resolve any issues resulting from external payments.
- Completed projects on Welldone must be permitted for use in Welldone Marketing campaigns if necessary.
- Welldone does not own the creations or deliverables of projects completed on Welldone.
- Credits topped up or redeemed to use services on Welldone cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
- Credits received from coupons issued as Welldone Marketing / Promotions cannot be withdrawn.
- If a project is cancelled due to a dispute, and the Welldone Support team rejects the cancellation request after a manual review decision, the buyer must accept the project until completion.
- If external resources are used in the project, the buyer should check with the Freelancer regarding usage rights (e.g., stock photos, fonts, etc.).
- The price and quality of services chosen and hired by the Buyer depend solely on the Buyer's choice.
- Buyers must carefully review and provide the information requested by the Freelancer according to the specific service requirements.
- Freelancers are not employees appointed by Welldone.
- Buyers are strictly prohibited from using rude language or insulting freelancers. If found, the buyer account may be temporarily or permanently terminated.
- Projects conducted by contacting via the email and phone number obtained from the Freelancer Poll are considered independent external projects and are not associated with the Welldone Platform.
Welldone's Superstar
- Welldone's Superstars refer to public figures, artists, gamers, and other celebrities invited to collaborate with the Welldone team.
- Services hired from Welldone's Superstars will be delivered directly by the Superstars themselves.
- Commissioning services that harm the dignity and reputation of Superstars is strictly prohibited.
- Superstars can decline services they wish not to accept at their own discretion.
- A refund will be issued as Welldone Credits for services declined by Superstars.
- Superstar services are categorized into Personal Use and Business Use.
- Personal Use is intended for individuals and is absolutely (absolutely) prohibited for commercial use or advertising.
- For services created under Personal Use, editing or removing the Welldone Superstar watermark is strictly prohibited.
- Editing and using videos provided by superstars with the intent to defame them, or using them in ways unacceptable to the superstars, will result in legal action under existing laws.
- Business Use involves directly contacting the Welldone Team to acquire services for advertising your business or including Welldone Superstars in campaigns.
